ESG

ESG

Roka's DNA is to improve the operational performance of assets - such as optimising energy efficiency and reducing the carbon emissions of buildings - through ambitious redevelopment projects. For this reason, we focus on acquiring aging buildings and then renovating them in a sustainable manner with the aim of achieving the best possible environmental and energy certifications.

Roka ESG policy also deals with social and governance issues, such as the health and well-being of building occupants, access and mobility concerns.

Our sustainable value creation strategy not only improves our working and commercial environment but also contributes to increasing the value of our real estate assets while reducing regulatory and reputational risks.

Commitment

Since 2023, Roka is a member of the 1 building, 1 artwork community which aims to bring art closer to buildings. This charter is part of the Ministry's policy of supporting artistic creation and promoting the visual arts to the public.
