NICOLAS MARIN
Managing Partner
Nicolas has over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector and is a Managing Partner at Roka. Before founding Roka, Nicolas held management positions at Chelsfield and Allianz Real Estate from 2011 to 2022.
At Chelsfield, he was responsible for asset management and disposals in France. He managed a French portfolio with a total value of approximately €2 billion, leading a team of 10 professionals. Nicolas was particularly involved in business development, acquisition strategies, investment committees, and investor relations.
Before joining Chelsfield, Nicolas was an asset manager at Allianz Real Estate and AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets, working for opportunistic and value-added real estate funds in France.

LUCAS BRION
Investment Associate
Lucas is an investment manager at Roka.
He was previously an asset analyst at Left Bank Asset Management, part of a 25-person team managing €800 million in real estate assets, primarily office buildings in Paris and the surrounding region. Lucas also worked in investment teams at Braxton and completed his final internship in Lazard's M&A department.

LOUCAS ATTAL
Investment Analyst
Loucas is an investment analyst at Roka. He began his career at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as an investment analyst, working on a team managing a portfolio of over 50 assets. Prior to that, Loucas completed his final internship with the Real Estate team at Tikehau Capital.
